Wei is a holistic brand designer and strategist based in Singapore. She helps ambitious businesses and organisations generate long lasting, organic demand for their goods and services by professionalising and cultivating their authentic identity and story.

With more than a decade of professional experience, Wei has worked across traditional and digital marketing, user experience design, e-commerce, and innovation portfolios for a wide variety of global companies. Her background as a Biochemistry graduate has meant that she brings the same analytical rigour to her creative work, constantly testing and prototyping to find non-obvious solutions. 


Having grown up in seven countries has also enabled Wei to develop exceptional cultural fluency, allowing her to understand and connect with audiences from diverse backgrounds. Her ability to tap into nuanced cultural perspectives has proven invaluable in developing design strategies that resonate with specific markets.


This unique blend of multiculturalism, creativity and analytical thinking deliver design solutions that not only look great, but also deliver real results. Because the fine line between science and art is where the magic happens.
